GrowthZone Cohorts

In our Cohort Training Program, you’ll learn the software and build connections that can last well beyond onboarding.

A cohort is simply a group of people going through a shared experience together. In the GrowthZone learning environment, a cohort consists of new users who begin onboarding at the same time and progress through the training together. This approach not only helps you learn the software effectively—it also gives you the opportunity to connect with other users and build relationships with other GrowthZone users that can last long after you have completed your GrowthZone onboarding.

Prior to attending your cohort training you will want to ensure that you have taken the required prerequisite. Prerequisites are designed to ensure that you have the necessary foundational knowledge and skills to succeed in the cohort. By completing prerequisites, you are more likely to succeed in the cohort sessions that build upon the knowledge gained in those prerequisites.

Your onboarding coach will provide instruction on when you should take each course. You will take the setup type courses as your system is being configured and the operations courses prior to attending specific cohorts.

In these sessions, you will share ideas, brainstorm, collaborate, engage in open discussions, and build a strong sense of community.

Communications Management

The GrowthZone Communications module make it easy to connect with your contacts, and track your communications with them. In this session, participants will learn how to setup and manage communications.

Membership Management

Your GrowthZone software is your toolkit for managing your memberships and renewals. In this session, you will learn how to effectively manage your members from acquisition to renewal.

Events Management

The Events module in GrowthZone is designed to be your home base for everything event-related. With the module, you can manage every aspect of an event from global default settings, calendar setup, event creation, registration customization, invitations and communications, invoicing and payments, event registration and check in, and reporting.

Billing Management

Your GrowthZone software is a powerful billing tool. With it, you will be able to manage the accounts receivables for your membership dues, event registrations, fundraisers, etc.  From one central location your staff will be able to view billing information, create and send invoices, accept payments and more.
